A talented Belly Dance artist, she is an accomplished performer, instructor and choreographer. Skilled in several styles of belly dance, she can incorporate veil work, fan veils, Isis wings and cane dance for variety and entertainment.
Trained in Middle Eastern dance arts since 1998 in Paris with notable teachers such as Mayodi, Leila Hassan at "L’ecole d’Arts Vivants", Zizou at the very famous "Centre de danse du Marais" and the very talented teacher Naima, Roxana continues to develop her technique based on a fusion of classical Egyptian and Turkish styles. She frequently attends Belly dance workshops with international and well known teachers such as Leila Jouvana, Bozenka, Jillina and has had regular lessons with Serena Ramzy in London.
Creator and Artistic Director of the “Fleurs d’ Orient” dance troupe in Paris with whom she performed for 2 years and has won auditions to perform at the main stage of Disney Village Paris.
An attentive and dedicated instructor who enjoys sharing her passion, knowledge and love for dancing. Her teaching experience started very early by covering her teachers when absent. She started giving classes in 2005 to children, teenagers and adults working in collaboration with associations such as "La Joie de vivre", "Tierra Latina", "Dance and Elegance".
Roxana has performed at prestigious theatres in Paris such as The Mogador Theatre, Unesco Theatre, Egyptian Embassy, Arabic Institute and has been invited to participate in many dance festivals and cultural events such as the publication of the first book about Belly dance in France called “La Danse Orientale et ses accessoires" by Suzanne de Soye.
In London, she is a regular performer at Saqarah monthly Belly Dance events, England Haflas, corporate events and top restaurants.
